Welcome to NAS.AE. These terms govern your use of the website and your purchases from it. By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

• NAS.AE is an online platform selling industrial, electrical and electronic parts and equipment in the United Arab Emirates.
• The products are supplied by approved sellers, each shown by a code such as S-2087.
• NAS.AE is the seller of record for every order: it buys the product from the supplying seller and issues the tax invoice to you in its own name.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract. If you register for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
• Keep your information accurate and up to date, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, suspected fraud or misuse of the website.

3. Product information and technical compatibility

• We take care to keep descriptions, part numbers, specifications and datasheets accurate. Images may be illustrative.
• You are responsible for checking that an item is compatible with your system, including part number, voltage, dimensions and protocols. Our technical sales team can help before you buy.
• Electrical products must be installed by a qualified technician to the standards and safety rules in force in the UAE.

4. Prices and VAT

• All prices are in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT.
• Delivery fees are shown before you confirm the order.
• If there is an obvious error in a price or description, we may cancel the order and refund everything you paid.

5. Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed once the order is confirmed and paid for, or accepted for cash on delivery.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of insufficient stock, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot deliver to. If we do, we refund any amount you paid.
• One order may arrive in several shipments.

6. Payment

• Cards and Apple Pay: processed by a licensed payment gateway. We never store your card details on the platform.
• Cash on delivery: available depending on the order and area; we may ask you to confirm by phone.
• Bank transfer: must be completed within 3 days of the order, or the order is cancelled automatically.

7. Quotations and sourcing requests

• A quotation is valid only for the period it states.
• Once a sourcing request has been accepted and paid, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind, because the item is procured specifically for you. Defects remain covered under the returns policy.

8. Delivery, returns and warranty

• These are governed by the Shipping & delivery policy and the Returns & refunds policy published on the website, which form part of these terms.
• Responsibility for the product passes to you on delivery.

9. Messages and conduct

• You communicate with sellers through the platform. Phone numbers, email addresses and links shared in messages are hidden automatically.
• You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, circumvent the platform, or deal with sellers directly outside it in order to bypass it.
• You may not copy the website's content or collect it by automated means.

10. Intellectual property

• The website's content, design and brand belong to NAS.AE or its licensors.
• Product and manufacturer trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products.

11. Limitation of liability

• To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as production downtime, loss of profit, or damage to connected equipment caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
• Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Privacy

We process your personal data under the Privacy policy published on the website.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Changed terms apply to orders placed after they are published.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
