1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
• Business and seller data: company name, trade licence, tax registration number, address and bank account.
• Order data: products, delivery addresses, invoices, payments and returns.
• Payment data: card details are processed directly by our licensed payment gateway. We never store your card number or security code on the platform.
• Communications: messages with sellers, support tickets, call requests, quotation requests, and the files and photos you upload.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and essential cookies.

2. Why we use your data

• To fulfil your orders: payment, delivery, returns, warranty and invoicing.
• To run your account, provide support and answer your questions.
• To meet our legal obligations, including tax and accounting.
• To protect the platform and its users from fraud and misuse.
• To send our newsletter and offers, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link at the bottom of every email.

3. Who we share your data with

• Supplying sellers: only what they need to prepare and ship your order, which is the products, quantity, and the recipient's name, address and phone number. Your account is shown to them by a code, not your full name.
• Couriers: to deliver orders and collect returns.
• The payment gateway and banks: to process payments and refunds.
• Technical service providers: such as hosting and email, under agreements that require them to protect your data.
• Government authorities: when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Protected messaging

To protect both sides, phone numbers, email addresses and links written in messages between buyers and sellers are hidden automatically.

5. Transfers outside the UAE

Some technical service providers may hold data outside the UAE. When they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place as the law requires.

6. How long we keep data

• We keep your data while your account is active, and for as long as needed for the purposes above.
• We keep invoice and transaction records for the periods required by UAE tax law.

7. How we protect data

• We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and encrypt sensitive data such as bank accounts.
• Staff access is limited by role, and administrative and financial actions are logged.

8. Your rights

Within the limits of the law, you have the right to:

• See your data and ask for a copy of it.
• Correct your data.
• Ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Object to direct marketing.

9. Cookies

• We use only the cookies the website needs to work, such as login, cart and language.
